Payment Policy

TOGFFAD Harmony College of Health and Social Sciences

1. Purpose of the Policy

This policy outlines the expectations for tuition and fee payments to ensure transparency and institutional sustainability[cite: 51]. It protects the interests of both the student and the college while supporting smooth enrollment across on-campus, blended, and online delivery modes[cite: 7].

2. General Payment Requirements

  • All tuition and fees must be settled before access to lectures, the Learning Management System (LMS), or academic materials is granted[cite: 31, 54].
  • Payments must be made through approved institutional channels, including bank transfers, USSD, or our official online payment gateway.
  • Note: Cash payments are not accepted for security and transparency.

3. Tuition Payment Options

Full Payment

Students may choose to pay the full tuition upfront for the academic session to ensure uninterrupted access to all college facilities and services.

Installment Plan

Available for selected programs. A minimum initial installment is required for enrollment, with subsequent payments due on agreed dates to avoid suspension of LMS access[cite: 31, 54].

4. Late Payments & Additional Fees

  • Late Payment: Missed deadlines lead to temporary suspension of academic portal access and exclusion from external examinations[cite: 56].
  • Application Fee: A non-refundable fee required for all new submissions[cite: 54].
  • Other Charges: Administrative processing, certification issuance, and transcript fees may apply where applicable.
  • Clearance: Certificates and transcripts will not be issued for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Refunds & Financial Responsibility

All refund requests follow the separate TOGFFAD Refund Policy. The college is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors or banks. Students are advised to maintain records of all transaction receipts for verification purposes.

The Governing Council may update this policy periodically to align with five-year financial projections and regulatory standards[cite: 52, 117].
